Above the Line Academy exists as a home base for people who are committed to becoming more conscious in how they lead, live, work, and relate in life. We’re not here to preach or prescribe - in fact, we think if we could only remove ‘right and wrong’ this would make such a difference for how people live and relate with others, and themselves.
We’re here to offer resources, programs, conversations, and experiences that support people to lead from presence, take ownership, and grow in a way that’s real, grounded, and sustainable.

Below it - we’re in blame, defensiveness, avoidance, or victimhood. At Effect.
We’ve all been on both sides of that line. It’s not about judgment. It’s about awareness. Above the Line isn’t a destination-it’s a practice. It’s a choice we keep making.
